As the Managing Director for a tax analysis and solutions research company serving over 2000 advisors, I had the opportunity to work with Jasmine Platt to map out our marketing process in January of 2021. 

Our firm gained clarity and agreement on what activities needed to be accomplished, in what order, who was responsible to produce the outcome, and by when. 

As a result of this work, we gained 12 new clients through our marketing efforts. The marketing activity based in this model increased our sales by 30% over the standard referral marketing that had been the firm’s primary mode of marketing up to Jasmine’s consultation. We anticipate a 50% increase in sales for this year based on our current activity.

Jasmine has breathed new life into our Oxygen Program. She has questioned the program structure, process and accountability most constructively. We now have an Oxygen program that is more relevant, focused and helpful to the business owners. Jasmine has introduced her own business analysis prowess and “drill down” methodology. In the past, as good as the Oxygen program has been, the focus was “real estate business” and Jasmine has bought a wider business analysis where she drills down on the key issues in the business and areas that need to be addressed.
